Born in 1963 in Versailles, France, Stéphane graduated in English studies then left for the States, England and Australia where he worked as a French teacher, bookseller, radio announcer, singer in a jazz band, actor with the Melbourne French Theatre, founder of MusicFest (Fête de ma Musique in Australia). Stéphane created ABC MELODY Productions in Sydney in 1999 and came back home to Paris in 2006 to launch ABC MELODY Éditions in the Marais district.
Stéphane’s passion for travel, music and people took him to New Zealand, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, Bali, Cuba, Guatemala, Belize, Mexico, Bali, Morocco, Russia and China (Paris-Hong Kong by train and bus). It was not long after such enriching trips that the ‘Sing & Learn’ concept was born : a collection of Books and CDs of songs to introduce children to languages and music. Stéphane’s mission in his own words : giving back to young generations what he was given. Stéphane today lives in Paris.

De son vrai nom Camille Garoche, Princesse Camcam est née à Paris en 1982. Après avoir passé son enfance dans le Sud-Ouest, elle fait des études d'arts graphiques aux Beaux arts de Cergy et à Maryse Éloy (2001-2005). En 2006, elle illustre un conte offert avec un parfum pour Hermès et réalise une gamme de papeterie pour La Marelle en Papier. Elle décide alors de se consacrer entièrement à l'illustration. Depuis 2007, elle vit en Allemagne et travaille régulièrement pour la marque des ours en peluche Steiff, réalisant de nombreuses illustrations pour le site internet, des affiches et les vitrines. Princesse Camcam a illustré Marie de Paris, Miyako de Tokyo et Où est mon chat ?

Loïc Méhée est né en 1979 en Charente-Maritime. Après des études d'Arts Appliqués, il à travaillé quelques années dans la publicité. Aujourd'hui, il vit et travaille à Poitiers où il illustre pour la presse, l'édition et la publicité. À part dessiner, il passe le plus clair de son temps à écrire des histoires, cuisiner, chanter, faire des spectacles, jouer de la musique, construire des cabanes, se déguiser... et parfois dormir ! Loïc Méhée est l'illustrateur de la collection J'apprends l'anglais avec Cat and Mouse.

Stacey is a black American artist who was born to American parents, in Landstuhl, Germany. She spent the first two years of her life there before moving with her family to the United States. She acquired her passion for art from her mother who was both an art teacher an accomplished artist. At the age of 16 Stacey moved with her family to Paris, France where she graduated in Fine Arts and Communication Design. Stacey’s curiosity and talent has enabled her to be an Art Director, Art and English teacher, while studying calligraphy and later mosaics in Antigua, Barbados where she lived before returning to Paris where she now lives.

An Australian freelance illustrator since 1981, Mark has worked in the advertising, publishing and printing industries in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney, Australia. His clients include Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Time Magazine, Penguin Books, Toyota and Qantas. A specialist in Sports ilustration, Mark’s work has been exhibited worldwide. ‘Two Decades of Challenge’, a limited edition book featuring some of his work about the America’s Cup forms part of the permanent collection of the White House Library. Mark has also worked with many prominent Australian & International sporting personalities to create fine art portraits & limited edition prints. Mark has illustrated an award winning children’s book, ‘The Burnt Stick’ by Anthony Hill and has created the character of Max (Hello, I am Max from Sydney - Hello Kids Series - ABC MELODY). Mylène was born in the gently-rolling hills of the Cantal region in France in 1983. As a young girl, she was busy breeding all sorts of small creatures including tritons, crickets, cockchafers and other insects. She will inherit from these tender years a curiosity and a taste for détail that are everywhere in her illustrations. Born in 1987 in Paris, Cécile graduated in French Literature then Graphic Design at famous École Estienne. Proficient in both illustration and Graphic Design, Cécile is now busy working in all creative aspects of publishing. She has also designed storyboards for short films “J’te promets” produced by ActionClap), designed ABC MELODY’s Teachers Guides for schools as well as new collections of children’s books working with top French illustrators. Cécile’s passions include Foreign Languages (she speaks Russian), the Arts, exhibitions, concerts and the Paris Cinémathèque. She lives in the 15th arrondissement in Paris.

Natif du grand nord de l'Écosse, Mark descend à Edimbourg pour suivre ses études avant d'aller voir du pays et enseigner l'anglais en Suède et en Espagne. Son amour pour la culture de son pays le mène vers la danse écossaise qu'il enseigne un peu partout en Europe. En 1999, il s'installe en France et écrit Hello, I am Fiona from Scotland, son premier livre jeunesse pour ABC MELODY. Une façon de faire connaître la riche culture de l'Écosse aux enfants : la belle ville d'Edimbourg, les Highlands Games, le Loch Ness sans oublier la danse écossaise!

Born in Nice in 1977, Isabelle has had a passion for words and books since she was a child. Books were then her closest companions. Her life experience starts with an encounter with the literary world and becomes a journey toward museums. She becomes a specialist in the history of museums and exhibits. Isabelle’s passion for books takes her back to literature as a children’s books author. She is the author of several new children’s books for ABC MELODY to be published in late 2009 and 2010. Judith graduated from the Ecole Duperré in Paris and Arts Déco in Strasbourg and has since illustrated many children’s books. Her favourite technique is painting and she has a particular passion for detail that gives her work a rare subtlety and bring a lot of poetry to her books.Judith also loves travels that give her an endless source of inspiration. Charline is a mountain girl born in beautiful Annecy in the Haute Savoie région, at the edge of the turquoise Lac d'Annecy, She moves to Lyon where she graduates as an illustrator at the Emile Cohl Arts School in Lyon. She soon joins a team of 3D games designers and experiments in set-design and character illustrations before dedicating herself to children’s illustrations, her passion. Charline is one of 8 illustrators that worked on the “Drôles de Marchés” album (ABC MELODY) out in November 2009.

Born in Marseille in 1982, Sarah has always loved traveling through tales and stories she discovered as a child. In 2001, she sets off for the Institut Saint-Luc in Brussels to learn the art of illustration. Now based in Paris, Sarah Works as a free-lance illustrator and from time to time disappears to collect colours and images from abroad. Her paintings are filled with the warmth and pigments of the South. Sarah is one of 8 illustrators that worked on the “Drôles de Marchés” album (ABC MELODY) out in November 2009.

Claire est née en 1963 à Quimper, tout près de la mer. Apprenti-mousse pendant toute l'enfance à bord d'une barque jaune, elle rentre ensuite à l’École des Beaux Arts de Nantes. Après un passage dans la presse médicale puis quotidienne, elle collabore avec l'Inra et retourne en enfance à travers l'Edition jeunesse. Elle travaille régulièrement avec Milan Presse et Fleurus Presse, Éditions Milan, Nathan, Hachette Jeunesse, L'Élan Vert... Elle vit à la montagne. Pour ABC MELODY Claire a illustré Paolo de Rome et a participé à l’album Drôles de marchés !

Born in 1985 in the Calvados region of France, Elsa was always mesmerized by her grandmother's paintings. She decides at an early age that drawing and painting would be her passion. After graduating from The Emile Cohl Arts School in Lyon, one of France's finest, she decides to take the plunge and becomes a free-lance illustrator in 2007. Constantly seeking nice children’s stories to illustrate, Elsa loves experimenting with different techniques even though her tiny Paris appartment doesn’t give her much space to indulge. Born in 1972, Yannick is an illustrator who, as a child, always dreamt of being a Comics artist. It was eventually too hard a task for him and as he grews older and wiser, he curiously enough started drawing CEO’s shaking hands and politicians chatting near a crane. Too much for him, really…our Young friend suddenly experiences an awakening and discovers his talent as an illustrator for children.
He now is very busy and very much in demand but he has never forgotten his passion for Comics. Yannick has created the character of Charlie (Hello, I am Charlie from London - Hello Kids Series - ABC MELODY). He now lives in Toulouse in South-West France.

Louise est née en Bourgogne en 1986. Dans cette région connue pour son architecture, sa gastronomie et ses vins, elle a développé sa passion pour l'Art. Elle a grandi dans une famille d'artistes et d'hôteliers-restaurateurs. Petite fille d'un artisan meilleur ouvrier de France et fille d' un aventurier qui vit en Afrique du Sud depuis 1993, elle a toujours vécu dans un univers multiculturel. Les nombreux voyages réalisés depuis son enfance ne cessent de nourrir son imagination. Elle a étudié quatre ans à l' école Émile Cohl en section Édition pour obtenir un diplôme d "Illustrateur-Concepteur". Elle a fait l'objet de l'exposition "Talents hauts" au centre National de l'illustration de Moulins de Novembre 2010 à Mars 2011 en compagnie de quatre camarades de promotion. Née en 1973, Christelle Chatel a longtemps travaillé sur le développement de collections de DVD jeunesse, après des études en marketing effectuées en France et aux Etats-Unis. À la naissance de son petit dernier, elle décide de se consacrer à sa passion : l’écriture de livres pour enfants. Histoires du soir, albums pour tout-petits, recettes de cuisine ou documentaires, elle adore aborder tous les genres et faire à chaque fois de nouvelles découvertes. Elle replonge aussi régulièrement dans l’univers du dessin animé en tant que scénariste et adaptatrice pour les premières lectures. Ses livres sont publiés chez Fleurus, Hachette, Millepages et Mango. Christelle vit avec son mari et ses trois enfants entre Paris et la Bretagne, mais elle adore aussi rendre visite aux membres de sa famille qui vivent aux quatre coins de l’Europe et... en Amérique !

Après des études littéraires et l’obtention d’une licence d’anglais, elle se destine à l’enseignement et rentre à l’Education nationale. Institutrice puis professeur des écoles, elle enseigne en maternelle mais surtout en élémentaire. Passionnée par les langues et particulièrement l’anglais, elle s’engage dans tous les dispositifs proposant cet apprentissage. En 2001, elle devient maître formateur et conseillère pédagogique généraliste puis se spécialise 3 ans plus tard en langues vivantes. Elle occupe à ce jour un poste de conseillère pédagogique départementale LVE en Seine-Saint-Denis. Sa passion pour le monde anglo-saxon et particulièrement pour l'Écosse, ne la quitte pas même dans la vie privée… puisqu’elle l’emmène vers la pratique active des danses écossaises et contre-danses anglaises.

Professeure des écoles et maître-formatrice à l’IUFM de Grenoble, Camille Vorger s’est spécialisée dans l’enseignement du français aux élèves non francophones (nouvellement arrivés en France). Elle anime des stages pédagogiques sur l’enseignement précoce du FLE/FLS (Français Langue Etrangère/Français Langue Seconde et Langue de Scolarisation) au Centre Universitaire d’Etudes Françaises. De son intérêt pour la chanson et son utilisation en classe de FLE est né un projet de recherche universitaire qu’elle poursuit en doctorat : elle étudie le slam dans tous ses états. Vous chantiez ?
